Don’t worry, the booking fee will be used towards your appointment on the day. Please understand that in order for us to be sustainable, and pass on big savings to you, we must run efficiently. As a small family business, we have high demand for appointments and to accommodate other patients who may wish to fill your spot, we have a 48 hours cancellation policy.
